First, let's start with the basics. Before you can create your mailing labels, you need to have an Excel file containing your mailing list. If you don't already have one, you'll need to create a new spreadsheet or import your contact information from another source.

Once you have your mailing list, you're ready to begin. The first step is to generate the mailing labels within Breeze. To do this, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Breeze account and click on the 'Mailing Labels' tab.

2. Select one of the provided templates or use the 'Custom' option to define your own template.

3. Click the pencil icon in the bottom left corner of the window to access the label design settings.

4. Choose which size you would like your mailing label to be on. By default, the size is Avery 5260 (30 labels per sheet), but you can choose from a variety of different sizes by clicking the 'Change' button.

5. Select the type of paper you want to use for your labels. You can choose from a range of options, including standard white label paper and recycled paper.

Once you've designed your mailing labels, it's time to print them. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click on the 'Download' button at the top of the page.

2. Choose the file format you want to download in (PDF or DOCX).

3. Click on the 'Start Conversion' button to begin the conversion process.

4. Find the document you saved and choose it from your downloads folder.

It's also important to note that Breeze does not support the mailing label format used by Avery 5162, Avery 5262, Avery 5962, Avery 8162, and Avery 8462. These templates produce 14 labels per sheet and are not compatible with Breeze at this time.

Finally, it's worth noting that the file generated can only be opened in Microsoft Word (both PC and Mac) as alternate programs such as Pages, Open Office, etc. do not support the mailing label format used by Breeze.
